STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. 1. General
  2. 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of snack products (“Products”) by Vitaly International Group Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”).
  3. 1.2. By purchasing from us, whether through our website, retail outlets, or authorized distributors, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  4. Product Information
  5. 2.1. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.
  6. 2.2. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.
  7. Orders and Acceptance
  8. 3.1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  9. 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing.
  10. 3.3. An order confirmation email (for online purchases) or receipt (for retail purchases) constitutes acceptance of your order.
  11. Payment
  12. 4.1. Payment methods include [credit card, FPS, PayMe, bank transfer, cash, etc.].
  13. 4.2. All payments must be made in full before delivery or upon purchase.
  14. 4.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within the stated time.
  15. Delivery and Collection
  16. 5.1. Delivery service is available within Hong Kong only unless otherwise agreed.
  17. 5.2. Delivery time estimates are for reference and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
  18. 5.3. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery or collection of the Products.
  19. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
  20. 6.1. Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
  21. 6.2. Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt and supported by proof of purchase and photo evidence.
  22. 6.3. Approved refunds will be made via the original payment method within a reasonable period.
  23. Product Quality and Safety
  24. 7.1. All Products are produced and handled in accordance with Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department regulations.
  25. 7.2. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from improper storage, handling, or use of the Products after delivery.
  26. Limitation of Liability
  27. 8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of the Products.
  28. 8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected Products.
  29. Intellectual Property
  30. 9.1. All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on our packaging, website, or materials belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
  31. Privacy
  32. 10.1. Personal data collected during purchase will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
  33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  34. 11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
  35. 11.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
